Smartners Business has been handling all my website and other business services for many years. They always provide excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and have an attention to detail that is quite frankly hard to find these days.

As a technologically ignorant Caveman, I needed a ton of help establishing my new training website. The genius' at Smartners came through for me big time! They far exceeded my expectations and delivered a beautiful website and the rate they charged was more than reasonable. I've received dozens of compliments thus far! I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to develop or expand their business by adding or improving their websites.

We were fortunate enough to have been referred to Yuni, with Smartners Business. Yuni and Staff have built a beautiful, functional website for our MedSpa. They were most patient, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. I would recommend them if you're looking to either start a new website or revamp one you already have. I needed someone to develop an application on my Wix site and integrate an API, and Smartners got in touch with me. Yuni was pleasant and helpful at first and gave a reasonable quote for the work, but after I accepted it, he said he no longer had capacity, could only assist after 3 weeks and would contact me then. So I waited, and emailed again when he didn't get back to me. Then I emailed again, and again, and called, and told him even an acknowledgment of my emails, or an email telling me he still had no capacity would be fine, but Yuni ignored every one of them. Now I'm back at square one looking for a developer because Smartners wasted my time and don't seem to know the value of customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all. EDIT: After leaving the above review, which was a fair representation of my experience with Smartners, Yuni proceeded to search for the law firm I work at (completely unrelated to the work I was instructing him on, and a firm he's never even had dealings with) and leave a scathing review of it on Facebook, stating he'd only remove the review if I removed this one. I've never had the displeasure of dealing with someone so petty in my life.

This design company is one of the best I've seen in all my life as business owner not only because they do good design but because they create amazingly sense content for the webs using Neuro-marketing techniques, based on my knowledge. All this to Facilitate the interaction with the client of what and how you are selling your products and services.
