Tom at Vortex Communications has done an amazing job with my Constant Contact email template design. I asked him to create something that I could use over and over, and at the same time made so simple that all I had to do was "plug and play". Tom came back with various options, all equally as good in design and practicality. When I asked him to make changes he came back with even better ideas. Tom is thoughtful and courteous, and the final product is amazing. To say that I am happy with the results would be an understatement.
