We have been working with the RGB group now for nearly a year. They have helped create a terrifc web site for our Property Owner's Association and have been instrumental in helping us launch and operate it. From start to finish, RGB clearly laid out the steps for establishing our own community website. Timeframes were set and met for all of the steps. Training was thorough and accomplished conveniently through Zoom remote sessions. 90%+ of our follow-up phone calls or emails for help were answered immediately without leaving a message or working through a call menu. The navigation RGB set up on our website is very user friendly, and we have received much good feedback from residents. Horrible experience. If you go with them, make sure they do not have a conflict of interest. They took on our old business partner and primary competitor as a client without telling us and claimed there was no conflict of interest. We did not find out until it was too late and the damage was already done.
