I used to work there and not for long. I don't blame the terrible reviews. Turnover was so high. People were fired for not meeting an extremely high monthly quota or quit because it was such a toxic environment to work in. Do not do business with this company, do not consider working there.

Worst Customer Service I've ever dealt with for any large company. I have been waiting for more than a week now to have my Internet and TV service turned on and have spent more than four hours on the phone today trying to speak with someone located here in the United States. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak with anyone. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company for anything.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR SERVICES!!! KEEP THE FREE SERVICES ONLY!!! IF I COULD GIVE -100 STARS I WOULD!!! This company fails to recognize issues, customer service has a maximum limit of 2 sentences and will give you a runaround, and they never have any upper management available to speak to. Not only that but I do numerous internet tests via LAN cable and wifi and the speeds have never matched what is advertised and marketed to the customer. This has resulted in many technician visits that gave me no further relief. They have outages for days at a time with no information or explanation or even a timeframe for a repair on the network. This company by far has exceeded its time within my own household because their business practices are disgusting. They recently changed a service plan on my own personal account without authorization or consent from the owner of the account AKA myself and no explanation on what they can do to give the previous service back. They only told me that the service was no longer available and I was switched to a more expensive plan that was supposed to be "Better for the customer" but when asked what I can have done about it customer service only states my new plan of service and says "I understand" which does nothing to rectify the situation and assist the customer. Regardless of the price change they should have notified me about a change in their services especially being that I was given a promotional pricing due to prior inconveniences and that was removed and swapped for something else without my permission. I have also inquired for several months about better services or faster speeds. So what is the reason that they failed to contact me? Well, when you ask them they simply cannot provide one. If they had done that at the bare minimum then this review may have never even been written in the first place but here we are.

Beyond terrible. Zero customer service. Constant outages, and no one to talk to resolve the issue. Last time we were without service for three days and I works from home. When you call them, you hear just an old automated message or a busy signal. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "COMPANY".

Ridiculous policies in place to be cheap with customers. They told me that missing two appointments results in a $149 fee. Then their techs missed two appointments and they refused to reimburse.
