I have had nothing but a great experience with this team of people! They make you feel like you're their first priority every time. I have had the pleasure of working directly with Todd and Joe, but I know that there are a lot of others behinds the scenes making everything go perfectly as well. Never have I had to wait more than an hour to get a response from them, even on a Saturday. Emails are responded to within about 20 minutes, and any change that has come up has been fixed by the time they get back to me. I am so glad to have found them! They have made my daily work life 100% easier. Thank you all for all that you do!

Best thing we ever did. Sales are up more than 700 percent. Have made more money this year which is only 4 months in than last year in its entirely. And year that we have been open. Optuno directly influenced that by building me a great website and with marketing they built into the website . They get a 5 stars . They give you a team , and the first person I interacted with on the team I perceived as lazy. He simply tried to copy my original website that I did myself as an unprofessional web designer. I complained about this and Lisa took over and was great. The CEO even called me! He is very smart, very attentive and is going to make sure your happy. He takes this company seriously and only sees fit get the best people to represent him. You get a team just in case something isn't right and there are multiple people available to respond to you lightning fast. I do however believe that my one,first and last complaint was an isolated incident. They are responsive. Anything I don't like they change it. Website is now beautiful. Lisa is very smart and listens to you then executes incredibly. So yes absolutely give them a chance,but if you encounter someone who basically has copied your original page ,and you don't like it complain to the team and I'm sure you will get someone to be on it immediately. I am so happy here! Also my website maybe has been live for 3 weeks and I'm noticing a much bigger increase in traffic and organic emails/phone calls. As to the pricing and the whole process they have been very honest and straightforward. Obviously come here if you want to stay for a while. I wouldn't feel right to go this road alone anymore.

I found Optuno through a friend, and they rebuilt my author website. I LOVE my new site! I have only positive feedback. I love that I can reach out to them to add things to the site as they become relevant, and I think the aesthetic is fantastic. Nothing negative to say! Very glad to be working with Optuno!

I scheduled a time to discuss my business and needs in order to receive a quote for their services. I was a little hesitant because of the lack of transparency in their pricing but decided to hear what they had to say. After receiving 5 confirmations that morning, two emails and 3 text messages, they called 13 minutes after the scheduled time. I can't work with a company that operates like this.
