Just got off a beautiful 90ft yacht with my friends for my 35th birthday - Alex and the MWC team have always been good to me and my crew. We had a last minute change and he upgraded us to a larger boat with all the bells and whistles. This is my second charter with him and I will continue to rent through MWC as a trusted broker and charter source. He had great options for food decorators etc and the communication was on point each time. I will always rent through MWC and continue doing business with them - thanks again for the amazing time

I wanted to update my experience with Aleczander Anez and MWC International Services LLC. I originally paid $1,100 for a 4-hour yacht charter that was canceled last minute due to "generator issues." After the cancellation, I was given multiple promises of a refund, but only partial payments were made over several weeks, along with constant excuses like "bank problems." After filing legal action and making formal complaints, I finally received the remaining balance, and my full refund was completed. Although I did eventually receive my money back, it required a lot of unnecessary effort, delays, and escalation that should not have been needed. I recommend anyone considering doing business with Aleczander Anez or MWC International Services LLC proceed with extreme caution and make sure everything is very clear and documented.
