I located this provider via a SBA group I joined! They provide timely updates, collaborate when issues arise, and response time is 24 hours of less on requests once my site was built - even customizing my contract to factor in security measures needed for my business! If you are considering a provider to help with your digital presence - I highly recommend Eric!

I love my new website! It is a great representation of my company. Eric was extremely patient with me while I decided what type of site I wanted and what I wanted on it. He made every change that I wanted in a timely manner. The communication was great. He provided updates and timelines along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hired Eric and DigitalEffex back in November to complete a website. He was very kind and (I thought) trustworthy, so I hired him. However, it quickly became apparent that the website he was "designing" was the same as every other website he published. I tried to work with him and provide images of sites that I liked, but the work completed was lacking. After I realized I would have to continue provided creative direction to a "web designer" I decided to disengage. I requested my deposit back. I knew I would not receive the entire thing due to time spent to date, but never expected to only received $90 of a $450 deposit back. He only worked on the site for 5 hours, I am sure it was probably more like 3, over a 2 week period. His claim to have the site turned around in 2 weeks, does not mean it will be clean or even professional looking. The site was not a custom site, nor was any content created, nor were any graphics custom, plus it was clear he was not formatting any of the text since it was copied and pasted from my email. To lose $360 and not have an end result, then have this business pretty much make it seem like they are doing me a favor, is beyond belief. This business is not small business friendly and in my opinion, not worth losing your money over. I encourage you to find another company to work with. Thankfully, I have the designs from start to finish and I will gladly share them with any prospective client, so you will see what you are really getting.

DigitalEffex helped our small business, Fly Zone Delivery, with going digital! Despite having to close our business due to the unprecedented times, the process, and resulting website, were fantastic!
