Update 2025: Unfortunately, Harris is not the employer it once was. Ever since they merged with L3 Communications, it's been about profits and policies over treating their employees well. I worked in L3Harris' SAS sector as an engineering technician, and I can tell you, it's not a pleasant place to work. It does depend on what division you're employed under, but in my experience, SAS had issues with management, unkept promises, and stopped taking valuable input from their experienced technicians. Great place to work! The people are great to work with, the location is nice, there's plenty of opportunity for growth in your career, their cafeteria is fancy, and the atmosphere is very chill. The only complaint I have is that their health insurance benefits are a bit expensive.

Odd to do a review of a business like Harris. They were our host today and did a wonderful job. Nice good convention type facilities. You need clearance to be in this building. But you feel very welcome. Thanks for hosting

Beautiful campus and the architecture is absolutely stunning for the new building with so many amenities and a nice environment.

If you are looking for a particular division of Harris, be sure to find out where to park ahead of time. The campus is large and there is no central location to get information.
