Pinewood Stays

We have been staying In one of the units and I have to say it's been the best experience of my life. The area is decent for shopping and for food. The apartment we are staying in is wonderful and the host Adrienne and her husband are amazing people. They are excellent people and I will definitely refer anyone to them for any rentals.

This was one of the best air bnb,s I've stayed at in the area. All up to date appliances or brand new. Beautiful kitchen to cook my meals in. Also have stores and take out close by. The pool was refreshing and its easy access in courtyard. Everything clean. Comfortable beds. Anything I needed was a phone call away. I recommend staying here. I'm definitely going to stay here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Stay far away! I came here June 30th, all that was needed was $100 deposit, $131 for the first night and a copy of my license. There was no contract nothing written nothing professional. Then I find out the way you pay is through cash app or cash only no other receipts given. This place is a disaster, this company holds seven of the units here and all are rundown cockroach infested and horrible. The owners are straight slumlords. These are not airbnbs as they would have you believe, though they are slated for vacation rentals they are actually being used as long-term rentals for people who have fallen on hard times. When you do the math the rent works out to be $3,900 per month. The first unit I was in the refrigerator broke down and instead of replacing it I had to move units, after losing all of my food. As they replaced $70 worth of my food but you have to move so soon was just horrible. The second unit they put me in with my child was in one of the worst parts of the complex a lot of kids with guns running around, gun shots every night, drugs, drug dealers, and working girls. This place I had to get out of it was not safe also there were roaches in the garbage disposal did not work. Move to my third unit, I fallen behind in the rent a little bit because of a roommate and I had made an agreement with the owner. I had a tragedy in my family they knew this and worked with me or so they said. The unit is overrun with cockroaches to which I am highly allergic. On Friday I had been in contact with the owner who demanded all that was owed be paid and that I vacate because I had made some complaints. At that point I had been without AC for 9 days, I am a disabled veteran with cancer, the roaches were unbearable the security guard here had groped my butt and there were many many other problems that I discussed with her. After this she demanded I give her the whole thing and that I vacate the premises and refuse to take my rent. It is virtually impossible for anyone to leave a place last minute. She refused my rent to which I tried to pay everyday today, The 15th of August she shut off our water and shut off our electricity. Both of these things are very illegal and all of this because I had some complaints. By the way I also had all four maintenance men posted outside of my unit all day making threats and one of them whose name is Ace has been caught breaking into single females units many many times however he is still unemployee. One of the other maintenance workers named Nikki goes around soliciting females for adult fun times and both of those workers are consistently looking for what they call ice. They will probably respond to this saying that I am a liar but I have proof, text messages photos and more beware Do not let yourself get caught up here. Because there has been no AC not only have the roaches been running rampant the sailing is now caving in and peeling off.

My girlfriend and I had the privilege of spending the last three months at pinewood stays. What began as a temporary solution to needing a spot for my girlfriends business, soon turned into our home. With all utilities included in the affordable daily rent, it was a no brainier that we should stay longer than the anticipated week. The property owners, Adriana and Angel Alonso, were extremely kind and easy-going. As long as we kept the channels of communication open, they were open and willing to help us with anything they could and treated us exceptionally. If you are in need of a temporary spot for anything at all I highly recommend staying here. The apartment was very cozy and more than we had expected. Staying there really set us on a course for bigger and better things and we thank the Alonso's for the experience and hospitality

So far I have had a great experience with Adriana and her husband. They seem like really good people and the apartment I rented is furnished clean and cozy. I definitely recommend them.

I've stayed in two different airb&b's that they offered both of them were very nice. And as soon as I needed something or if something broke they fixed it right away. I've been stay for a while and I was short a few times on payment and they were very nice and understanding people!! It's a great place.

Angel, Adriana are nice owners. Units provided by them are good, also they address the issues quickly. If you are looking for a unit in palm bay, go for pinewood stays

Its an amazing time everytime I get to stay here with my kids they take great care of us and make sure I have everything that I need I would definitely recommend
