After negative interactions with other security camera companies through the years I have to say Blue Star was a very positive experience. Sylvio is a very knowledgeable professional who will offer you the most cost effective solutions to your security camera issues. I highly recommend him.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Silvio with Blue Star Digital is an amazing person & expert on his field !!! They were on time & on budget. Hard to believe that I found a company that is courteous & repsectful of their client's time. Any company is capable of providing "excellent customer service". The difference between a good company & an amazing company is how said company handles any problems after the sale. Shorlty after installation, I had an issue with one of the cameras. Silvio came out, removed the damaged camera & had it replace within 2 days. His troubleshooting during & after the sale is why my family has purchased a total of 3 security systems from him. All my friends & family members are referred to Silvio. Simply put, if you get a security system from somebody else, you are not getting the best equipment, at fair prices ... and definetely not the best service that money can buy.

Mr. Ramirez is an excellent representative for Blue Star Digital Security Cameras. He came to my home, assessed and gave me a free estimated. He explained me everything and gave me advices about cameras, DVDs, etc. He did all the installations in my home, doing an excellent job. I called Blue Star after a vandalism happened near my parking space. The guy came to the house and explained ways to help view and record every angle around the outside. I could tell right away these guys were professionals. They explained everything during installation, and taught me how to use it. Very easy by the way. Gave me a 3 year warranty! Could not be Happier.

Besides the language barrier they were very professional and help me out and took care everything that needed to be done so I gave him five stars would definitely keep them in mind for future installments and I would definitely reference them to anyone that wants great work
