Digital Boardwalk - Pensacola IT Support & Managed IT Services

We have been using Digital Boardwalk for all of our company IT needs since the beginning of last year. I can honestly say that all of my experiences have been positive. From the initial onboarding, to implementing new processes to resolving everyday issues that come along with IT, it has all been handled in a very professional and timely manner. Everyone at Digital Boardwalk, that I have had the pleasure of working with, has been great to work with. They go above and beyond and always do so with a great attitude. Eric Rodriguez at Digital Boardwalk has to be given a 5 Star Rating! For the last couple of days I have inundated Digital Boardwalk, Pensacola with several problems that occurred that I needed help with. I was fortunate to have Eric respond to my ticket requests and he did a fantastic job taking care of all issues. This was done with professionalism and patience. Digital Boardwalk by far has been the best and easiest to work with! They return calls in a very timely manner and are always very helpful whatever the problem may be (even if user error. Ha!). Their customer service is outstanding in a world where that is hard to come by anymore. I am very pleased with them!
