Absolute delight! He diagnosed my laptop quickly and even though I left the charger at home, started working on it while I went back and got it. We had wonderful conversation about his garden in passing. And the price for getting my laptop better than new and updated to windows 11 was extremely affordable. I had a custom built computer have issues booting up and needed diagnostic/troubleshooting. I searched online in my area for places to troubleshoot, but not many looked like what I was looking for. I stumbled upon Pensacola Computers and gave them a call. The moment I made a phone call, I received a call back after leaving a voice mail within a few minutes to schedule an appointment. As soon as we talked over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Fast forward a couple days, I went over to Jeff's home office and he was able to not only assist me and find out what's wrong - but also went above and beyond and went out of his way to show me how to fix things myself at home. He helped me out big time and was the most wholesome down-to-earth person I've met in this type of industry. His prices are way more than fair than anything else in the area, and knows his stuff! I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff and Pensacola computers. I called Jeff with issues. I was having with my first custom computer build. He spent the time walking me through all the things I should check and easy mistakes that are usually made. He did this at no cost and encouraged me to try one more time before giving him any money. He was incredibly friendly thorough and did not in anyway speak condescendingly. I still had difficulties and chose to go to him to make sure everything would work. The air issue ended up being very simple, but he took the time to teach me and explain to me a lot of things. It was very personal and thorough and I cannot highly enough recommend Jeff and Pensacola Computers to anyone.

As the other reviews say, Jeff provides incredible service! My PC's motherboard failed and took the PSU with it. After replacing the PSU and motherboard, the PSU burnt out again. I called Jeff after this and he was able to get my PC up and running again at a more than fair price. In addition, he gave me many tips on monitoring hardware and performing bench tests, as well as a proper home power setup to ensure longevity of my PC. Thanks Jeff!

By far the best technical support and repair service I've ever received. I managed to hose my Windows 11 installation, and Jeff went way out of his way to fix it. It was great to watch him work through the issue, and it turned out to be a problem he had never seen in his decades of experience, but he walked through step by step, explained to me what was going on and what the problem was, and very soon the whole problem was resolved. He knew everything about everything, from reconfiguring the BIOS to setting up Windows itself, and he even took extra time to help with a hardware problem, which I never knew was occurring, to help speed up the computer. Then he went above and beyond again by showing me several things in Windows to improve productivity, which I can see already is going to be a really big help with my work. If you need a computer genius (no exaggeration), I recommend Pensacola Computers very highly. Superb service.
