I absolutely love doing business with Michelle at the Marketing Bar. I just purchased the finest leather backpack with my employer's logo on it and it is stunning! The process of choosing, ordering and shipping was a breeze -- less than a 2 week turn around. I'm pleased beyond measure. Will be proud to rep UWF with this backpack when attending classes!

I was having an incredibly hard time finding custom-made scarves for our new president at Florida Gulf Coast University. I was contacted by Chelsea Whiteside via e-mail AND a phone call (unheard of these days!) who worked with me to come up with EXACTLY what we wanted! I was hired by Michelle to work on a campaign for merchandising after having previously worked on another graphic content project for her. Michelle requested meetings and turnovers at short deadlines citing business events and travels as the main reason. I delivered each time, even putting time of my own off-time to make sure that the project was handed over for client revision or delivery at the right date. Michelle disappeared and never paid for the invoice of the work done. At one point she returned one e-mail saying that she was having issues with her inbox after changing their company's e-mail system, and questioned the invoice citing an amount of hours that was incorrect and did not correspond to what was billed to The Marketing Bar. She also mentioned me not replying back to an e-mail of hers requesting changes, yet that e-mail never arrived to my inbox. She did not send the alleged e-mail again nor showed proof of that event. After that one e-mail reply, she then disappeared once again. I've sent numerous e-mails and even tried to reach out via LinkedIn. More than two months have gone by at this point and the money is still being owed to me. Michelle has the pending invoice as well as my full contact info, yet has never cared to reach back to me. Beware of this business.

Lollie and her team were great to work with! She was very patient and flexible as we went back and forth on the designs a few times and they delivered quality products on time, as promised.
