Edit: Someone reached out to me about my inquiry and apologized about the communication error. They have communicated effectly thus far so I have amended my review. . . . . Have tried several different ways to get a hold of this place for inquires about both a repair and a system upgrade and have not heard anything back for over a month. We've taken things here for repair before and had a good experience but now I'm really questioning their customer service. I know they recently moved but between social media messaging, multiple emails, and multiple phone calls (both within and outside of business hours) SOME sort of acknowledgement would be nice.

The best place for computer repair and service the nicest people Andre is a superior professional in customer service and support I will not go anywhere else I will always recommend Blue Thumb to anyone!

This computer store tries to do good work. I am pleased with what I had repaired (power supply and hard drive).

Abismal just abismal, don't go here. I went to this shop to get my Laptop fixed and the repair was gonna be $350 which included $240 for the screen and $10 charging port, and $100 for labor. They said the parts would arrive on Wednesday and so I dropped my laptop on Thursday to get it Friday. Well that was a lie and I didn't get my laptop until the next Wednesday. During the repair they said the charging port didn't need to be fixed so they just fixed the screen even though I paid for the charging port. Due to me missing work, homework, tests and client work they said they would give me a discount of 30%.when I got to the store they said said they were going to give me the 30% on the labor but then charge me 125 instead of 100 like we agreed on! This turned out to just be a 5 dollar discount! What a bunch of scammers! I miss the old owners! Update: the installed screen is now flickering on the top left side, the very top is pitch black and turns out the charging port was actually a problem I added black digital pen to show that I didn't color it in or anything Update: the screen wasn't glued in, it was taped in with double sided tape, how do I know? The screen came off. What a scam

I cannot say enough great things about Andre and his staff at BlueThumb. I had a previous company work on my PC and they created a mess. All of my files were seemingly lost and I was in a panic. I met with Andre and he assured me could find my files and fix the problem. It took them 7 days to recover my files. I use Carbonite to back up and the person who worked on my system obviously did not know what they were doing...not the case with Andre. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend Andre and his staff for all your computer issues...and he is truly a nice guy!!

Sent me a link to pay for a new motherboard and CPU, when I got my PC back, tons of bluescreen crashes. While troubleshooting, I found out that it's not the MB/CPU that they sent me the link for on Amazon, and the RAM stick they put in it looks used, which explains the crashes. I was really patient with the month-long service time, and it looks like they just ripped me off.

The owner is super nice and they do really good work for a good price. Don't even try calling other places nearby, just come here

My laptop screen was cracked during transport and they replaced it for a VERY fair price and a good turnaround time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
