These folks are awesome. They have bailed me out of a couple of serious situations, fast. This most recent one was setting up a network and network accessible storage for my graphics business. My installer Jacob was fast, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. These guys have my back, and I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my computer, and it wouldn't turn on. The screen showed an error that made it seem like nothing could be done. I was really stressed out because I had an important project to finish. I reached out to EZETech, and they responded quickly and effectively. Zack and Manda were super knowledgeable, and he helped me fix the problem in no time. It was such a relief, and everything was so easy to handle. My computer was not able to turn on after I tweaked some things and I wasn't sure what to do, since I'm not well educated in this field. I found EZETech on Google trying to look for computer repair shops near me that fit my specific need. I have a Gaming Desktop and EZETech seemed well versed in that. I brought my computer in today for a diagnostic check and they were able to find and remedy the issue immediately. I would definitely come here again for anything related to Gaming PCs. I am writing a review on behalf of my grandmother. She stopped into this store on a whim and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful to her. She has since called the store and been back for other technical troubles and the customer service has continued to be wonderful. The owner has been very patient and kind with her.

Zach and his team were a pleasure to work with. They helped me get my laptop up and running. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Suggested ways on how they could save money for the company I work for. Most pleasant experience you can have when having computer issues.

I have a water cooled Pc that had display/memory issues. I brought it by in the am for a diagnostic?the staff was extremely friendly, honest and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to bring anything here for repair great people!
