Manny is very knowledgeable, pleasant and reliable. He does not charge if he cannot fix the problem. Manny keeps at it tracking down the issue until he has the answer.

Manny quickly responded to an uploading issue we were having with one of our computers. He not only fixed that issue, he went above and beyond to make sure the computer was operating safely and optimally. As others have said, Manny is a personable and skilled computer technician. We'll defintely call him the next time we need computer help.

Manny from Cyber Dimensions made 2 trips to my house; one to fix my wife's laptop, which wouldn't stay connected to our router wifi signal; the other to install a new solid state drive to replace a clunky and slow original hard drive. He was on time the first visit and called when he was running late to work on my desktop.
