Love the website WebSolutions Florida custom built for us! For a couple of novices like me and my wife when it comes to web page designing, Sandy explained the workings and offered ideas to turn our vision into a reality. In addition, WebSolutions Florida support is always there to help. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE!! We want to preface this review by saying that Dan/Websolutions ran three websites for our various family businesses for many years so this experience was especially shocking. We placed a lot of trust in Dan to do right by us and even sent him some business throughout the years because we did not know better. We now do and we want to issue a warning to any other clients Dan has so they are not taken advantage of like we were. Dan charged my wife $6500 for her website which we thought was steep. We asked around and got the answer that this is pretty steep but not unheard of for REALLY good work. Unfortunately, Dan's work is not very good or even passable by modern standards. Below are some of the biggest issues we encountered: * Dan and his team misspelling my job on my main google result tab * Dead links on my website * No spam protection * Refused to listen to me or my brother in law when we tried to tell him that we do not provide those services but added them anyway for "SEO" * Dan does not give you access to your website so he can charge you inflated prices to make little changes to your website * Unfortunately, this is just the beginning of the issues we encountered until we found a modern web developer that blew us away! When we brought these issues up to Dan (with our entire family) he ghosted us. My wife has now sent several emails and left a voicemail. Dan did reach out to us to let us know that he is not responsible for his work once anyone gives him the all clear. We are taking Dan to small claims court here in Maine to recoup the funds we paid to him for poor/no work as well as letting other businesses owners know what is going on. We were just shocked at how bad this experience was and would love to save anyone else the time.
