Captivation Agency recently completed the first overhaul and redesign of our agency's website since 2016, and we could not be happier! This was a huge undertaking as a multitude of target areas were identified for the new website, such as expanding visibility, improving the user experience, and strengthening the long-term success of our mission in the new digital era - all of which have been met, if not exceeded. This was a detailed, 13-step process that Captivation's team moved through with care, compassion, and precision. From a logo and brand audit, to client interviews and the development of three unique stylescapes and personas, to creating and staging the new website in its entirety, it was a high-quality experience from beginning to end. This was a shared vision from start to finish. I shopped around for a quality videographer to produce a professional educational video. Captivation agency responded immediately with an extremely reasonable offer. They were accessible, responsive and understood the concept from start to finish. The videos turned our beautifully. We hired them to do the main video, but realized we also needed a few promotional teasers which they were able to produce with excellent results with extremely reasonable turn-around time.
