Ken was very knowledgeable and responsive to our request for an introductory meeting. He gave us some great advice relating to social media that we put into action immediately. Very professional and followed-up immediately with a listing of the items we had discussed. We're just in the initial stages of developing a marketing plan, and it was nice to have someone that didn't talk over our heads, just to try and impress us.
