Calling them con-artists, would be offensive to con artist. They will never answer the phone, I ordered a Poptart Bowl Polo 8 weeks ago and it still hasnt shipped, they have locked me out of my account. I wish I could trash this low grade company even more.

What a terrible company. I attended the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. Merchandise ran out in the stadium. Was given web address to order. Tried placing an order for 1 shirt 4x, and their website said it was declined. But they charged my CC for all 4 attempts. Had to contact to get 3 charges reversed. Then they finally place my order. But 3 weeks later after no confirmation of shipping, I contact again, and turns out "they missed sending it to production." It then takes them 1 week to produce 1 shirt and to arrange shipping. Shipping label was created Feb 17th, 3 days later I have to email for tracking number. I check Feb 21st...and the package STILL IS NOT SHIPPED OR EVEN GIVEN TO USPS!

If i could leave zero stars I would. My wife ordered me a USA Boxing hoodie and shirt for Christmas in November. They took our money, never gave her a single update and the closer it got to Christmas, She called repeatedly, no one ever picked up and she sent numerous emails and no one ever responded. I was finally made aware of this on December 24th because she had to tell me what she ordered me for Christmas wasn't coming. So I reached out to Team Ip myself through email and was contacted by Heather Callahan in Customer Service. She said to let her know what I ordered and she would send it out immediately. I sent her the details, and she said from her end the order screen was blank and that's where the error happened. However, when I put my order # in, it immediately came up. She said she had only worked there for a couple months, so she would contact her co worker and get the situation resolved. A week later, I still heard nothing. So I reached out again, and was told her coworker was still out of work, until Thursday the 2nd, and she would let me know. Friday the 3rd, and I still got zero response so I reached out again. She told me that if I still wanted the shirts she could give me 10% off (laughable at this point) and if not they would give me a refund, and my previous order must have got lost in the mail. (I thought they couldn't even see my order) At this point they still hadn't started or shipped my order. I told her I WANT MY SHIRTS I ORDERED!! Then I asked her is it going to take another 15 days to design the shirts and is anyone going to let me know when they have shipped? And again, no response. She finally responded Monday the 6th, and said the decorator is extremely backed up and she can't tell me when my shirts will be done or if anyone will let me know when they ship. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. I don't know if my shirts are being designed or not, when they will arrive, nothing. But they sure were quick to take my money way back in November. I will be reaching out to everyone in this company until my issue is resolved. Shame on them. Don't waste your time with these people, they literally could care less and reading the reviews I can see in not the only one they've screwed over.

Armed forces bowl in Fort Worth- merch sales are completely disorganized what a joke. Been waiting since kickoff in line. Its end of 3rd quarter, merch just got delivered to tent. Huge crush of people only 1 check out. WORST EVENT LOGISTICS IVE EVER SEEN!

Mikey and Leah were amazing at GHSA Softball Championship took care of the entire event and all the players and customers! loved the product but loved the customer service EVEN MORE!!!! You can tell they are passionate about their jobs and ensuring players can capture memories!

Leah went above and beyond to find just the right shirt for my son at the FHSAA 2A Swim Championship in Ocala. She was cheerful and helpful and it truly shows that she cares about the customers!
