I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Grove Brands! I've had my business for two years and I initially hired a freelancer from Fiverr to create my logo and website. It was "fine", but I actually felt pretty insecure about my brand image. I didn't know if my color scheme truly aligned with my clients, I couldn't seem to get the logo right, and while the website looked okay, I had no idea if it was actually bringing in clients. Branding and design aren't my expertise, so I was really just winging it. Then a friend recommended Grove Brands and after one consultation with Jay, everything changed. He was warm, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained the importance of a strong brand image and walked me through website features that actually convert visitors into clients, among other things. It felt awesome to talk to someone who is an expert at this. Working with Grove Brands has been worth every penny. Seriously, I'm still blown away by how good they are at what they do. And needless to say, I am SO happy with my logo, color scheme, unique fonts, etc. and website! Now since I understand my brand's tone and voice, my marketing is so much easier and more aligned. Best of all, I feel proud to share my website and brand with the world! My experience with grove brands was not at all what was expected after seeing so many high reviews. the process started with numerous one on one conversations of how we wanted to proceed with the branding and logo design for my upcoming project. i was very clear that time was of the essence and that i needed to proceed at a rapid pace. 6 weeks later after many drug out unnecessary questionnaires and "mood boards" i ended up with a very underwhelming and unusable product after paying a $3700 (non refundable) deposit which i believe was completely unprofessional and was definitely not returned after my decision to move on from Grove Brands. I would not refer anyone to use this company for their branding or logo designs as there are numerous better options available.
