They are extremely slow to refund your money. I ordered a wheel on 11/23, and someone called me on 11/24 to tell me that the wheel was out of stock at the manufacturer, so the order would be canceled. It is now 12/9 and I still haven't received a refund, so I emailed them. The response was that the upon verification that the order was canceled, the refund would be processed, but would take 3-4 days to be processed through my card. It sounds like someone on their end screwed up, never canceled the order, and now it will take 3 weeks to get a refund.

It's a scam, My husband and I spoke with the so called "manager" loretta about our amazon order that came in damaged (Texas), she gave us the run around for 2 weeks then she no longer wanted to speak to us so she passed us on to another Associate who also took a week to fix our order. Come to find out from loretta and confirmed when calling amazon directly.. Amazon has suspended their FBA Account for this exact reason.

Look out for these scammers, they sell under the Amazon store "4WheelOnline"!! What a joke of customer service at this web store. They won't even follow the Amazon A to Z Guarantee, they want $$ more than anything. I have been going back and forth with them for a week about a misleading product title, they won't take back. Attached is a photo of what they sent is a direct replacement, as you can see its the wrong part. Way to go Alexander, Jeff and Marvelle, you guys are a real special kind of special.

They shipped wrong product, charged me to send it back and ever shipped the original order...nice

The staff are professional. It's a Family friendly atmosphere.
