I put in a IT ticket with Radiant. Alfonso the tech called back. I explained my issue to him. He was so awesome and patient. While was explaining the issue, with non IT jargon, he quickly identified what the need was and with a couple of questions I answered for him. He had the problem fixed, and we were back up and running in no time. I'm super grateful for these guys. I've been through other IT companies before and when they say they're going to do stuff sometimes they don't show up. Ron and the team said they would be to my office to take care of an issue, they showed up and fixed the issue, gave us solutions to prevent the issue in the future, and did it and a quick amount of time so that my business was not down for very long. Very good, US based tech support who can not only help you but UNDERSTANDS you and your problems too. I am not super tech savvy but I get by. I can turn it on, I can add new apps and I can access software and website based programs. But what Radiant did was make sure that we don't have to worry about tech help. We uses Radiant to manage our IT and they made it simple. When my business was migrating to a new IT provider, Doug from Radiant was there to walk and talk us through everything. Now I no longer worry about processes like adding and removing company users and when our email breaks their support knows what to do. They just get it and get us and what we need. One less thing for me to worry about.
