Jungle Zone

I recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Jungle Zone, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! The indoor playground is perfect for kids of all ages, but it was especially ideal for my daughter's age group. The birthday package was reasonably priced, which made it an excellent value for everything we received. The kids had an absolute blast! The big bounces were a hit, even with some of the older children who joined in on the fun. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves, laughing and playing together. A special shoutout to the staff who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and cheerful throughout the party. Their positive attitudes made the day even more special for us and the kids.

This is the second year in a row we had our sons birthday party here and I highly recommend Jungle Zone for birthday parties. Booking is easy and the staff is very accommodating. They make the process super easy. One thing that I LOVE is if you have a child with special needs such as autism that requires you to go into the bounce area with them, telling the front desk they will give you and your child a special wristband and no charge to the parent. Will be back for sure.

We love Jungle Zone! A year ago we did a private party for our little one here and she had so much fun. The staff is always so welcoming and nice. My husband and I just greeted our guests while the staff took care of the rest from serving food, drinks, and making sure we didn't need anything. If you plan on doing a private party here... DO IT! It's so nice be able to talk to family and friends with no worries while the little ones play/jump. :)

This a wonderful place to host a children's birthday party! We had assistance with setup and cleanup and even serving out the pizza. Brandie was a wonderful party attendant. The kids had a blast and the Hungry Howies pizza was really good today. Thank you for hosting our event! Only negative thing: The owner needs to add another A/C unit to the building. The units were struggling and it was really hot inside. The kids were all red faced and sweaty and my adult guests were leaking sweat. This is the first time that we have been there that it was extremely hot like this. That will not take away from my 5 star review because we genuinely love this place and we bring our kids all the time... However if you have an indoor jumping zone, you need to have air. This is not an expense you can skip out on. We were not expecting to be dripping sweat at our party so you may want to wait until they fix the air to have yours.

We had our kids joint birthday party here and the whole process was seamless and smooth! All the kids had a great time. Booking our room was simple and there was zero stress the day of the party. Amy was so helpful making sure we had everything we needed - even candles for the cupcakes. Will definitely be recommending others have their birthday parties here!

I had my son's 2nd birthday party at Jungle Zone, and everything was perfect! Amy was our party host, and her service level added to the experience- she was amazing! I loved how they had a system in place that made each process seamless. I highly recommend having your child's birthday party and/or a funday at Junge Zone! All the kids and parents had tons of fun ages! **Oh, Amy suggested that we order chicken nuggets with our pizza, and we were glad she did because the nuggets were delicious!

This month we had my son's birthday party here for the 2nd year in a row and it was great! The prices are better than anywhere else, it's more inclusive, and so low-stress! Having a staff person fully dedicated to you is great! Kenzie did a great job and it's was so nice letting her pass out pizza, cut the cake and pass out pieces. The whole staff there is friendly and helpful.

Cannot speak highly enough of the ease, customer service, & overall flow of our kiddos birthday party today at Jungle Zone Inc. We seriously had the BEST time and everything ran exceptionally well. The staff is so attentive & friendly. So happy with the service we received and know we'll be back to party in future. Amy was amazing through out the planning process and party day, as well as Brittany who helped work the party too! Thank you ladies!
