Excellent tech service! I had an issue with Microsoft OneDrive and Trent spent the agreed upon time to resolve and then did follow-up with Microsoft to learn why something still wasn't working properly. He then spent additional time with me to make sure the issue was resolved and working. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and to gain a future customer.

This was by far the best tech support I have received in years. Staff were courteous, efficient and effective in cleaning up and restoring my computer to original working order. They were responsive and fast. Will certainly return again when I purchase a new computer to have them assist in transferring data to a new machine.

John is very professional and always responds quickly to any issues or questions we may have no matter how minor. We appreciate that we can trust John and his team to watch over us and keep us safe. I encountered the "blue screen of death" on my laptop last night. First thing this morning, I called Computers & Websites Done Right. John told me to bring my laptop up right away. He was able to recover all of the data -- so there were no files lost -- but the operating system was shot. I picked up a new computer, dropped it off, and he set it up for me in no time. He transferred my files, downloaded my apps and offered ongoing support if I had any questions or issues with my new computer. I'm so relieved I found John! Five star service!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing their services for the first time. I must express my satisfaction with their prompt and efficient service. My business laptop was facing issues with the battery. They quickly identified the problem, ordered the necessary replacement battery, and skillfully installed it, all within 24-hours! Had Mr Reed and his staff do a set up on my new Dell XPS 16, tossing bloatware, et al. Dropped laptop off at 1:00, got it done and picked it up later that afternoon.
