I hired Steve over a year ago to create an ecommerce site for me. I have seen his work and he is an awesome guy and great at what he does. However, I don't know what happened. But he has control of my site with the hosting and never finished the site. I know that I delayed for a while and I did end up paying him in full expecting things to move forward and get done. Again, I was delaying due to my schedule and I tried to learn the back end. But I gave content to him at the beginning of our agreement over a year ago and nothing happened. I have been asking him for months to set up an appointment so we can really put a timeline on this project to be completed. I am tired of chasing. He doesn't respond to texts, emails, messages - nothing! The only response he gave me after reaching out several times was he would take a look at the email. He never got back to me. I am still chasing him. I am trying to get control of my site and money back, but he isn't responding. When I sent him a message on FB, he blocked me!!!! This is crazy. I would try to get your site done by someone else. His work is great but in my experience which is now a nightmare, it's not worth it because it never gets done. And this cost me $1300! I need my money back. I need my site back.
