QIT is always there when we need them. Fast Service is essential to keeping our office running. The entire group of technicians are always friendly and helpful and provide great customer service. Connor is one of my favorites to work with.

Juan de Cardenas is invaluable to our Etherio Atlanta office. He understands our needs and is always ready to jump right in and help. Just yesterday he answered a call about our copier showing an error message and not responding, he quickly addressed the situation and resolved it in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Juan for all that you do.

Decent IT service but extremely poor billing practices. QIT recently started using Wise instead of Quickbooks and invoices are now arriving not at all or late. I decided to cancel services in December and was told that 30 days notice are required for off boarding. When I asked to see a copy of my contract agreement stating this policy the rep went silent on me. Now I am receiving late notices and zero communication.

Dennis Williams and the QIT team has been very helpful, proactive and had amazing follow-up in solving signature block info that went missing, connecting new computer and ensuring shared mailbox was receiving correct emails! Thank you for the great customer service. :)

Juan is always so helpful! He doesn't waste time trying to explain everything on the back end, but does clearly explain what steps he's taking to resolve the problem. Glad to see someone actually focus on solving the issue at hand and making my job less stressful.

Spencer was very helpful, and handled everything that needed to be done. So grateful that he could do it himself rather than instruct me.
