I called to cancel all my services and stop all auto-pays and I had to go through my bank statements to find out I was still being charged AFTER I cancelled. They were not willing to refund me back. This is the worst service and I do not appreciate their poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend using them.
This company is a nightmare to deal with. I have worked for several weeks with them to try and get issues with our domain name solved. I have been transferred, put on indefinite hold, held for hours only to be sent to a survey company and then hung up on. Literally the worst company you can use for this. If you need your website working go elsewhere.
This company does not do what is represented. We signed a contract and after our initial conversation did not go as discussed the site was published anyway. We were supposed to have the account on hold and we were billed anyway. We do not feel they did what was wanted for our company. STAY AWAY
