Placed 4 orders through Target.com for a Trefl Los Angeles Skyline puzzle. All 4 orders were fulfilled with the wrong puzzle (Mountain Orange Grove). Both products have different UPCs, so must be a coding error in their system or personnel error if fulfilled manually. Update....mgmt contacted me quickly to let me know what was being done. They found the problem, solved it, and manually packaged the correct puzzle for me. I received it in two days. The Response and Customer Service of this company is one of the best I have experienced! I wish more companies would be as responsive in the ECommerce world.
