Had my phone turned in at an office in Kennesaw. Because I didn't meet Ali, I was really hesitant in leaving it there so I recorded a video with the receptionist. When I didn't hear back for a couple of days I thought I had been scammed. I was wrong. It took some time to get the parts and very meticulous work to get the data recovered. Ali was able to fix the phone that had been severely under water and I was able to recover everything in it. When I saw him in person I was at ease. He looked very knowledgeable, experienced, fair and kind. I will be taking to him some other devices I had kept to recover data and definitely recommend his business.

As others said, it felt strange turning in a phone with a slip with the receptionist in the Kennesaw office building. (Took photos just to be extra safe). Ali communicated via text and I was a little nervous about sharing my Google password so he accommodated that. Data security was clearly a priority. I took my phone to another repair shop and they said my vital data was gone. Ali had the phone completely restored with essential data within a week. Truly a life saver!

My MacBook had stopped working 2 days before my assignment was due. Not only was the staff able to diagnose the issue, he was able to retrieve the data for me to continue working on my assignment, while he attempt to find the problem with my computer. This guy is an absolute swindler and crook. Took $300 to recover lost data from corrupted hard drive, with the explicit statement that if data could not be recovered he would refund me. Then he would never call me back. I had to call over and over again, and every time he made up more and more excuses, then one day pretended he didn't know who I was. Avoid this guy at all costs! Dishonest thief.

Ed was very good and getting my failed hard drives contents back. He was forthright in timing and pricing , and I was able to get a lot of cherished memories and pictures back. Thanks!

Terrible place, the guy there called me and told me my laptop was ready and I came and he said he didn't have it! Bad customer service quality Wish i could give no stars at all and im pretty sure all these "good" reviews are fake
