I visited Computer Plus two weeks ago to check the battery of my laptop. Despite being fully charged, it wasn't holding power. Ken tested it thoroughly and even showed me how to perform a battery test or diagnosis myself. In the end, I didn't need to replace the battery--it just needed a special touch. Ken was very patient and helpful, and there was no charge for his assistance. I highly recommend Computer Plus to anyone needing computer repairs--go see Ken! By the way, my battery is still working great!

Amazing service! I thought my MacBook was toast after cracking the screen pretty substantially or that it would cost a fortune to repair. Luckily I found their Highway 92 location and after a brief conversation I was able to receive and approve a quote and have my laptop repaired and up and running smoothly for a reasonable price in an expeditious amount of time! Everyone I dealt with (including the owner) was friendly, pleasant, and informative. Thank you for all of your help! 10/10 would recommend

I was really in a pinch. Computers Plus really came through for me when no one else would! I was losing hope that my files could be recovered because I had previously brought my mac to other repair shops and they kept telling me there was nothing they could do for me. I figured that it wouldn't hurt to try one more place before giving up and I am so glad that I did! My motherboard was shot and the battery was also not working so they checked the ssd. Unfortunately it wasn't recognizing my files so they extracted the information into an enclosure and miraculously the files were able to be recovered! I am seriously so grateful to them as all those files were comprised of my college assignments and I would seriously have been devastated if I lost all four years of my college assignments. Seriously thank you guys so much!
