Coloblox Data Centers

I recently moved my equipment to Coloblox from a provider downtown and the difference has been exceptional. I discovered this company in a rush after my previous provider was recently acquired, resulting in outragoeus price increases, poor customer service, and over a week wait times for basic billing questions. My previous provider wasn't amazing to begin with but after new ownership giving just 30 days notice they started billing $350+ an hour if customers even looked in their direction and the cost of cross-connects went up more than SIX TIMES what I was previously paying. This more than doubled my operating costs and they didn't even have a screw driver available in the data center. It took just under three days to go from my initial contact with Coloblox to standing in front of my new cabinet installing equipment. No other provider I contacted even got back to me with a quote in that same time period. Since being at Coloblox over the past month the techs have went above and beyond helping with my short notice movein and assisting with a few ongoing issues I had. My service specs are generally the same as what I had yet I'm paying less than I was before my last provider got bought out and raised prices. Would have saved me a lot of trouble if I had found this place years ago.

Just moved in the other day and Jason went above and beyond to help me. I was so impressed I have decided to buy another server and upgrade my service with them, just after my initial experience. I finally feel at ease with my server needs. I have not felt this way in a long time. Thank you Jason & Coloblox!

WOW!!! I have heard of 5 star hotels with white tablecloths and 8 salad forks. That ain't nothing compared to these guys that run this data center. Clean, professional, accommodating, and the best cost around. I wish all my service providers were this attentive and worthy of my dollars. Coloblox will have me as a customer for life! I've been a customer since January 2018 and I couldn't be happier! Great service, VERY stable datacenter. In the 4.5 years I've had my server there I can recall 1 brief outage where it was well communicated about the status. I can't recommend enough! I haven't had to go onsite since the day my equipment was installed.

I've been hosting my website with Coloblox and have never had a single problem. The service has been outstanding, and customer support is always helpful with fast turnaround. I've had nothing but positive experiences working with Coloblox and their extremely knowledgeable employees.

I've done business with Coloblox for a few years now. I've never been let down. I can count several occasions when they dropped a web enabled KVM on a machine that I borked just to give me remote connectivity. These guys are that good!. Coloblox is a reputable, affordable business that provides outstanding service above and beyond what you would expect. They have my trust and my business. That's something hard won from someone like myself, who has a presence in several data centers across America, where necessity is more important than trust or service. Everything I could want -- great facility, great performance, great pricing. The team and ownership is flexible, helpful, and responsive and do everything to make you (and your servers) feel right at home both during the setup/move-in and after. Truly a great partner to do business with.

I've been a Coloblox colocation customer for several years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I've not had a single power or internet outage. My server has been up and connected the entire time. I've needed "remote hands" to help with disk replacement twice and they're always quick to respond and eager to help. If you need to rent a server or rent space to store yours, these are the guys to talk to!
