Terrell Day and the Connectally Support Team is a beast!!! I've been with this awesome company since 2021 (almost 3 years) and just like any startup companies, there were a few glitches in the beginning but let me tell you with all the new updates and Customer support, Connectally is definitely in the top in their field. I needed to get a snapshot transferred from one account to another and they were able to get that done in a few days and saved my business so much time and money!! Thank you Connectally!!

Connectally helps me automate my businesses and with the all-in-one features, I haven't had to go outside of the system. I get my funnels, text automation, email campaigns, custom forms, calendar syncing so leads can book a call without me having to speak to anyone, and more. At first, I had to get used to setting up my links, but after spending some time and watching the trainings, it's become easy.

Connectally is a great platform. It has a ton of features I have yet to explore that I'm excited to explore. First thing I've done was set up my funnels and workflows which is super easy to navigate. The help videos are very detailed and helpful to understand the software. Love the automation! I haven't seen any flaws as of yet. The software is very customizable and fluid(no lags). Next for me is to upload course videos. But overall I love the platform, was able to cover the monthly subscription fee within the first few days of creating my funnels. IT WORKS! Highly recommended.

I no longer was in need of the service, so I wanted to cancel. There was no one to call, so I cancelled online. One year later, they're charging me again even though I cancelled. They said it didn't show that I cancelled. I said you can see that I have not used your service all year, can you issue a refund and cancel for me. They would not issue a refund. Totally fraudulent activity if you ask me. Never recommending them to anyone.
