Miles IT

Brandon worked on the issue and referred any questions to his reinforcement team. Who knew there was a reinforcement team to refer questions to? We think we fixed it...but I won't know for certain if the problem is solved until a few months from now. It's due to location settings, and I won't be back there until a few months. But my computer seems faster, better, stronger...what more can you ask for?

Very satisfied with Striven as a product and as a company. We found their pricing options to be an excellent value and we have been pleasantly surprised by how well their technical and customer support have been through the process transitioning from a different system.

We had engaged five other tech service providers before finding Miles, and have now been with Miles for many years. We were somewhat concerned since they did not have a "local office" but those concerns have completely disappeared. We have remote employees ourselves, from New York to Florida, Texas, and South Carolina. Great responsiveness, can-do proactive approach, and good systems in place. And a network of on-site technicians, when needed. It's all good!
