LiveOak Fiber - Brunswick

My fiber was cut by some landscaping folks late in the day recently. I called Live Oak and they had technicians out within an hour, arriving after 5 pm and working until after 6 pm. I asked if I would be billed and they said, no charge. Now THAT'S what customer service looks like! Shout out to Vance and Michael for making the repair and the two people I spoke to on the phone who were courteous and helpful. Good job, Live Oak.

Came on a pet emergency visit once for cats since then four years later all my babies come to see Dr. Hall and the staff. They are the best in the area. Everyone should honestly know that these people really do care and do their best.

Live Oak Fiber is hands down the best Internet company on the planet! I've had their service for a little over two years and have had nothing less than superior service. I was one of the first houses in my area to switch to Live Oak when they expanded to my area, so there were a couple glitches. That only gave them the opportunity to show off their outstanding customer service! I am so happy I switched!

First off, I have to say how much better the service is than my previous provider. We have the 2gig plan and it is great! No slow downs, no limits, just fast speeds all the time. When support is needed, I have never had an issue getting in contact with them or submitting a ticket through the online portal. LiveOak Fiber is #1 in my book!

5 Stars because there are not more! A wonderful company the provides outstanding high speed fiber optic service to our home. Seamless installation and fantastic customer support (only needed once when their line was damaged)! We are fortunate to have Live Oak here! I highly recommend!

I have had live oak fiber now for probably close to a year and have been very happy for the most part. There was a glitch about a month ago that interrupted service for a couple days but they have made it right and given us a credit on our account. I think it is a very upstanding company and I would recommend it to anyone. Is much better than what I had and the price is extremely reasonable.

We have had LiveOak now for about 4 months. Never a glitch or an outage! Good speed as well. I encourage any of you not on Live Oak to make the switch. Can't beat the price either!!
