The Conversion Mill

I can't say enough good things about The Conversion Mill team! From the moment we started working together they performed a detailed review of our marketing capabilities and fixed all our deficiencies. Then they were off and running with a complete marketing plan. Stacey and Othy are detail-oriented and knowledgeable about social media and maximizing our website usage. Chris is incredibly responsive to all our needs and is a great source of guidance and knowledge whenever needed. Most importantly, we are already seeing results from their marketing efforts to date.

I have been working with Chris and his team at The Conversion Mill for a year now, and am so pleased with their work. Chris and Stacey have taken the time and effort to really understand my business and brand. It's hard for me to find words to describe how import Chris Hood has been to the look and feel of our website. He has helped our small office team far exceed their skill sets for setting an email and blog program in motion. I hate leaving negative reviews and am more than happy to remove this one if Chris (owner) will get back to me! Chris seems super knowledgable when it comes to SEO and marketing work for local businesses and his prices are reasonable! After a bunch of research on different SEO options, I moved forward with The Conversion Mill and was super excited. Unfortunately, after signing up, Chris's communication dropped off. After not getting back to me for weeks (maybe over a month), he finally responded saying that he had a lot going on with family. I was back to being optimistic! But then he stopped responding again. At this point, I paid him for an initial audit of my existing ads but never actually got my report. I'm assuming Chris is great but did not have time to handle my account. I emailed him saying that I've decided to move in a different direction and asking him to send me the report I had already paid for. He did not respond. Chris, can you please either refund my money or send me the audit for my facebook ads?

Chris Hood and his team at The Conversion Mill have done a fantastic job, going well above and beyond to make sure that I am not only happy as a client but that their solutions actually work for my business. They have been impressively responsive to my concerns and they provide transparent and trackable results. Their ability to find innovative work arounds to problems and challenges has been amazing. They really helped me develop the digital side of my business. 5 stars - would highly recommend. They don't disappoint.
