This management company (POSolutions) needed a review awhile ago, but here it is. The owner, Shandron, is not a trustworthy professional or person. We'd discussed as a board (having them drive through the community to check on compliance issues). She said she'd take care of it and never mentioned a price. She actually took care of herself by increasing our rate by $200 (without our permission) and we hadn't signed a new or modified contract. We noticed the increase and had to ask what it was for. It was then that we realized what she had done. We called her out on it and asked her to refund our money and we pointed out that she never provided a rate and we hadn't modified the contract with the new rate. We were "financial only", so this was alarming. Why mess with our finances and do things improperly. She didn't give our money back right away either. It took a few months, but they adjusted the rate without the overcharge. Why are we having to check behind POS? Also, it is interesting that they have admin fees as monthly costs and on top of that- "miscellaneous admin fees". You end up having to ask what those fees are for. Meanwhile, we had no service providers working on behalf of our HOA for a few years and yet, our funds were always depleted by the end of the year. That should not have happened. Furthermore, a board member kept insisting that we look at our old records (several years old). We picked them up and had them in my garage for over a year and more- to do an audit. I was never able to get much from the bank because I didn't have the last 4 numbers of the SS number that was used. Meanwhile, these five boxes of records were taking up space in my garage, and while under POS management, they were still charging us $10 a month for storage of records they no longer had. Keep in mind, only important records/matters need to be kept permanently, and most records can be shredded. So these records were extremely old and yet POS makes money off of HOAs by storing them for $10 per month when most of the records aren't required to be kept (by law). That's a lot of loot to make off of HOAs as opposed to recommending shredding the records which aren't required to be kept. Besides the unprofessionalism, this management company had communication problems, which may have changed by now. Upon leaving POS, we were never able to go over our balances as Shandron had the board locked out of the system early and they never took time to allow us to check. If you are thinking of a management company for your HOA or anything else, bypass POS (literally). They are not transparent, professional, or trustworthy. UPDATE: The bland response from the owner says it all. Everything submitted in the review is true, and regardless of how long it took me to submit the review, Shandron and her POS still can't be trusted. Meanwhile, we have two HOAs which were under POS (literally) and now only one is under their management, so technically, I still have dealings with her agency (just not as a board member). If you're with them, and are a board member under an HOA--watch them closely, analyze your records, and ask questions all of the time. She's right, there's more to the story- even though everything I mentioned was 100% accurate. I could add more incriminating information or concerns, but for now, I decline...

Whoever heard of the RENTER getting delinquencies on their credit report because the OWNER of the property is past due on HOA fees??!! These people are incompetent! Nowhere in my lease does it state I am responsible for the Owners dues. She needs to take it out the rent I've been paying timely for 5 years. I have NOTHING to do with that, yet PoSolutions somehow got my information and illegally & fraudulently put a delinquency on Equifax & TransUnion!!! I sent them an email, which has yet to be addressed, now lets see how long it will take for them to fix this. My score went down 26 points for a debt that is not mine!!! Sloppy & Unprofessional, they manage properties but cant determine who owns them??? Unbelievable! No worries Fair Credit Act states they have 30 days or I will be filing a claim for punitive damages. SMH

This company does not care about their people , they will put unnecessary fines on top of fines. Yeah, even when a person it's going through hardship They just don't care. Heartless individuals running this company.

POSolutions is a knowledgeable and resourceful management company. They adhere to the rules & regulations of the community yet are willing to work with the HOA on solutions to support the community. They are fair and flexible.

I lived at my resident for over twenty years and my backyard looks horrible. They also talk about neighborhood integrity, but will not respond when you talk about the whole circumference of one's home.. in your response; I have submitted to client solutions.. They invaded my private space in the front yard; therefore, feel free to explore the back. I should have taken a picture of the back yard before we moved there in 2001.The back yard was full green grass, within dirt spots. We were told they keep the yards green front and back.. Twenty years later that's what you see and you can see I'm fighting them for fixing the solution. But, you're not having problem taken my monthly fees for twenty years!!
