This Mailboxes Unlimited store in Kennesaw in the Publix shopping center on Bells Ferry Road is amazing! Harris, the customer service agent is absolutely outstanding! Very kind, helpful, friendly. The store can help mail things via FedExp, DHL, UPS and regular mail. They also have wonderful smelling homemade soaps, locally grown honey, hats, and other reasonably priced gift items, and even popsicles. I got some of the free soap samples. From now on this will be my go to store. MayL.

The new employees are very kind and knowledgeable! Not only an easy and affordable place to ship packages, but a nice place to buy gifts and decor as well. Plus super cheap shredding, scanning and faxing. As a new business owner I've had a lot of questions and they've been able to walk me through everything. I love coming here rather than the larger post office because of the helpful staff + warm and friendly vibe! :)

I've been a long time customer of this business and the new ownership is on point. I brought in 4 grocery bags of gifts to ship to different states. They helped me sort, pack, address, and find the most affordable shipping method for all my holiday gifts. I expected to pay twice as much but the price was affordable and the customer service was way better than expected. I'm never shipping anywhere else. Gifts made it on time and in perfect shape!

Do NOT mail anything from here. They closed the store early and my package did not shipped for 28 hours, paying an extraordinary FedEx 2 day charge for a package that ended up taking 5 days. When I stopped by to speak with the owner who was not there, I left my telephone number and never received a return call. NOR did he respond to an email I sent the following day. ZERO stars for this establishment.

Fantastic! I don't know why I didn't use this place sooner. Everyone inside was sooooo nice to me. They give you the cheapest shipping option and everything is on the screen for you to see in plain site. They even help you with boxes. If you have extra boxes laying around your house that you need to recycle...just drop them off here!!! Love this location! Oh!! And they have super cute goodies inside from local artists too! Awesome place!

If I could give this a negative star I would. I usually never have an issue since I just do drop offs but today I went in to mail something back and was informed it would cost me $2 to tape my box. I'm by no means cheap but $2 just for a couple strips of tape? Then I was told she would NOT use my box and I was forced to buy an envelope for $3.50 but had to pay cash because they don't accept cards for anything under $5.50. Of course by this point I'm annoyed so I did snap a little and the lady was just completely rude. As a paying customer, I deserve more respect regardless of my attitude. Due to this awful interaction today, I will NEVER use them again. She claimed she was the owner and if that's true, she may need to have her partners discuss proper customer service. Do NOT use this business as they nickel and dime you for everything and have horrible customer service.

Doesnt so QR codes till end of Jan but has cute gifts, shipping, and can return stuff with the printed label.
