In 2019, I took a course, Beauty Business Basics offered by Dyniecia Barnes Consulting. The content helped me leverage and scale my business from A to Z. Most recently I began to offer different Spa Services but I was set up in a salon atmosphere. I reached out to Dyniecia Barnes Consulting for a website/ merchant store/linking all my POS and scheduler system/IntakeForms for new clients that also take deposits/ Policy & Procedures/ and so much more. We are still working together structuring the business to run by itself. I have never been out of the loop, I am consistently updated on our progress and what to expect next. As the company makes necessary changes for me and notices other valuables, I am asked if I would like to add the ideas giving me options.
