Assistance is to start May 1,,I tried to get assistance at 12midnight and it say no available appointments johnson county never get energy assistance... Overview staff is also rude..everyone don't use facebook.

Yes I'm disabled and have called overview to get help to put money on my electric since I only get 943 a month I find it hard to heat my home and I've been turned away not once not twice but three times because I'm not 65 years old and that's not right if you need help it shouldn't matter on your age if your medically homebound

Saved my x-husband's life. If they hadn't gone into his apartment to deliver a meal and then called me when they found him on the floor, he would have died. Very valuable program. Sometimes they are the only one an elderly person sees all day.

Energy assistance is available about once a year. Mrs Mary is the nicest person. I encourage anyone who has an elderly family member or friend to help them get on these programs. This is a blessing for the seniors in our community

They help who they wants to help and keep the benefits for their families or people whom they know,it needs to be a whole set of new workers who is not from the area

Overview is only for the City of Milledgeville. I'm from Sparta and my family have applied several times this year and get the run around each time. I have personally walked in a heard staff talk bad about not helping anyone in Sparta. If you get funds for everybody you should help everybody. Rude staff.

Well organized setup very short wait time very professional personnel

I have been calling the office for 2 days the phone instantly hang up. I had some one call the number thinking it was my phone. No one ever answer the phone.
