Brian did a great job in locating a potential problem area on our Phone server and was able to make the needed adjustments in a timely matter. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

Our phone service has been fantastic since we switched to Responsive Technology Partners! We should have made the switch years ago from traditional phone services. We've only had 2 issues since switching and it's because we have major road work going on right beside our business. We contact RTP and they are quick to act in identifying and fixing our phones! Grateful for the service they provide!

Our internet service provider changed our IP address and shut down our entire office internet service. We had no phones, no electronic health record (EHR) system, and no internet. Chris spoke with the internet provider, and was at our office with complete resolution in 30 minutes. Responsive Technology Partners proves OVER and OVER that they are the BEST in the business!! Their support and responsiveness is INCREDIBLE!!

Stuart is a great steward of technology solutions. He gets right to the root of the issue by unveiling the cause and educating me on a useful alternative method or work around so that I can move forward with my tasks without further hindrance. Today, he clarified my understanding on email encryption and showed me the best approach at protecting sensitive information during transit. He has yet to fail in providing an adequate outcome. I own and IT company in Texas, and we have a customer in GA. Long story short - there was a transformer that blew and took out some equipment. Would leave zero stars if possible. Worst support we've ever had. The CEO continuously lies to us about the state of our network to erroneous charges on our monthly bill. Look for a better firm. Cheaper isn't always better.
