Having worked with other dealer web platforms in the past, I can confidently say Elizabeth is the best rep I've had. She does a tremendous job balancing responsiveness with thoughtful insights/recommendations and juggling multiple clients while making us feel like a priority. She's quick to offer best practices and incredibly patient. I appreciate her professionalism; her sense of humor is a huge bonus!

This company is laughably bad. We have 3 websites with them and working to leave asap. Their sales team is helpful BUT there is absolutely ZERO support when things go wrong with their sites (happens regularly). They will cost your business a lot of money with the non-existent support. You cannot speak to anyone other than a call center. Partner with them at your own risk!!

Josh and his team were great to work with, once again! He handles any issues that I have promptly and always gives stellar customer service. I look forward to working with him on more Sharp Shooter Campaigns! Sabrina was very pleasant to work with. Good communication and she stayed on top of things. Our campaign was a huge success!

The training for employees is absolutely horrible you know this because management knows even less than them. I was given bad advice by a manager who clearly didn't listen to an under confident employee. They mess up on client payments since roughly March 2023. Employees are incentivized to not be at work because they have UNLIMITED PTO leaving the ones that do show up working double as hard and unavailable in a bind. They do not appreciate business they feel entitled to it. Let me start off by saying that I have NEVER had someone help me like Elizabeth does! If I have a problem, she is there. If she can't fix it, she will let me know what to do to fix it. She has gone above and beyond for me and 3 State Harley-Davidson. From sending things to Harley-Davidson corporate (to make sure posts followed MAP policy and LDMV policy) to letting me know that her graphics team is working to fit my banners to our website, to making sure everything is ok before she is off on weekends! Elizabeth is the best at what she does, and I will recommend PSM and her to everyone!
