You do not want this company to come to your neighborhood. I live in an area they are working in. Our community has had cut power lines, gas, and water. I'm currently without water with company over. They have also left exposed wires in our yard for days. They also leave trash wherever they work. We asked them to pick up their trash as they were leaving and they just drove off.

Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a cable company. Our bill was 6 days late because somehow autopay got turned off. With zero warning, notification or reminder, Hargray completely shut off our internet in an area with no cell service or alternate options. I've called 10 times trying to get it turned back on after paying the bill in full. I was charged an additional $100 to turn it back on but we are still without internet over 48 hours later and cannot get in touch with anyone to fix it. Customer service is not helpful. Frequent outages. Steer clear if you can.

Beware of this company. I moved overseas due to a military move. I was told over the phone that I would not be charged an early termination fee. Well, two months later and Hargray cannot find any record of them saying they would not charge me. They are also continuing to charge me a monthly fee on top even after I discontinued their service two months earlier. They also stated that they never received the equipment back. Luckily I still have the receipt from when I mailed it off at UPS. I am filling a fraud case against them today.

Terrible service, in the first 5 weeks I had 2 outages, one has been for over 8 hrs that started last night at 10pm and it's 9am and it's still out.. Also, when Hargray connected me, they said it would only be 2 weeks till they'd bury the fiber cable. It's been 5 weeks and they still haven't buried the cable as of yet . They have good people but the company and service care more about sign up then there existing customers. So I'm rolling up the fiber optic cables and turning it in with the box they get you to use for and extra fee.

I was forced to have Hargray in my apartment complex, since they had some sort of contract with them. If I could, I would give them zero stars. Horrible service, horrible quality, I ended up moving and canceling my services. I made what I was told my last payment, then received an email saying there's a 99$ early termination fee! Who even does that?! I can see why they have a 1 star review. Garbage service, and definitely would never recommend

I am leaving Hargray 0 stars, but I can't post this without choosing a star so please don't be confused. That's right a big goose egg is what they get because that's what they are, a zero! They come into my neighborhood and cut the Century Link/Internet cable to my neighborhood causing those of us who work from home not to be able to work, costing us all money and a huge inconvenience. I go to put in a claim with Hargray to be reimbursed for my work time that was lost; not to mention the inconvenience my family and I endured. The Hargray representatives who called me back although very nice, said there was nothing Hargray could do to write this wrong. Apparently there is no accountability at Hargray. Stay away from Hargray is all I can say!

Would give one if I could. Have had it for four years now. I have the highest speed and picture buffers and freezes daily. Have gone entire days of no internet at least 50 times since I've had them. Customer service is no help and unfortunately I live in an apartment complex where I am forced to use this company. Looking forward to moving after this lease ends to be rid of such horrible service. Currently no internet and in case wondering, I have autopay and the bill was paid on time as usual. Disappointing!

3 months after I canceled my service and hargray still charging me. Now they are acting like they can not cancel My account. I no longer live at the address and there are new residents. They only cable provider in pooled ga is hargray. DO NOT USE. Go with direct tv or some other provider if all possible
