Choose any other company but this one. After being a customer for 8 years, you'd think they wouldn't play games when you're trying to return a defective item just outside of the 30-day window when the device literally failed during normal use of the phone like it was made for. Every single time you call, you get sent to a call center run by foreigners who don't understand half of what they are telling you. Then you get blatantly lied to several times by this call center when you're simply trying to get your phone fixed. I would have never bought the Z-flip phone if I knew how shady this company would be at trying to get it fixed. As soon as my stuff is paid off, I'm leaving Verizon for good. They have no loyalty to their customers, and they honestly could careless of the products you buy from them work or not. This company is HORRIBLE to their long term customers. Edit to respond to the "owner": There's no need. After wasting 8+ hours and time at work, to not be reimbursed for this, I don't want any extra help or yall to look into this issue because your company won't do a damn thing but repeat the same lies I've been told in the past. If you wanna fix things, stop outsourcing your help to other countries and stand by the shit you sell!! And understand that some policies can be broken, TO TAKE CARE OF THE PERSON BUYING YOUR STUFF AND PAYING YOU MONTHLY!!! Unless you plan to reimburse me for my wasted time and credit my wireless account accordingly, sit down and shut up with the "I'll escalate this for further review" bullshit when we all know NOTHING is going to be done about ANYTHING your company is failing at
Every time I have an issue with a device, they just show how much they truly don't care. Every time I go to Verizon, its just been one kick in the rear after another. I can't say what I truly want to say on here, but as soon as I pay off my phone, I am cutting all ties with Verizon. I'm sure they truly don't care, but I'm sure one of their competitors will! Been with Verizon for several years now, loyal to them even when they aren't loyal to you.
Employees ask what can I help you with as soon as I walk through the door, I thought my new smartwatch had taken all my data, still not really sure apps running in the background I reckon, if you'd like some advice well worth taking, I would keep your cell phone off your person as much as you can, trust me it's not good, also talk on speakerphone as much as you can don't put that thing up to your head, I know there's warnings on cigarette packs too and people still smoke them,but this here is different, you better listen to this advice.

I would rate our experience as a zero, but did not have that option. We went in August to buy new phones as Birthday presents for me and my husband. Jason was our representative. We advised him we wanted to pay for the phones in full, and not have payments on our account. Jason did not verify our shipping address with us, and when I got the confirmation email later in the day for the purchase, I realized the shipping address was for our address that we had not lived in for 10 years. I immediately called Verizon and after being placed on hold numerous times for almost 2 hours, I was told the address could not be changed. When my husband went to the location, he found that we were overcharged by 80.00. The manager did a great job and had the phones shipped to the store. We thought all was well. When the bill came, 10.00 per month had been added as device purchase pricing. Again, Verizon customer service was contacted, and after about an hour an a half, we were told our payment for the phones was coded as a down payment, and we had monthly payments. Customer service contacted the store and finally got it corrected. I would advise anyone who goes there to hang on to everything they give you, even handwritten items on a sticky note. We did and it kept us from being overcharged. The location in Rome used to be great, but their service now sucks! Beware!!!!!
The level of customer service is very low. No one greets upon entry. I sat down to wait for service, never acknowledged. New customers entered and were assisted instead of me. With the company over 20 years. I'm changing providers.
My wife and I have used Verizon phones for over 20 years from Florida for our companies and personal to Rome. Georgia always try to deal with a Verizon owned store. Thank you Casey for all your help.
