As a small business relocating to the Statesboro area, it was very refreshing to have caring and knowledgeable technicians who heard my concerns and ensured the appropriate services were provided. Bulloch Solutions has diligently worked with me (Lines on Paper, Inc.) by installing high-speed, fiber optic internet that powers my equipment and will surely increase the efficiency of our overall productivity. There's no hidden fees, "processing fees," or "convenience fees." They said $70 and I pay $70 flat! I can't even say the same for my water bill. The Internet speed is impressive, handling multiple videos streams and downloading at the same time with no issue.

I contacted Bulloch Solutions to inquire about fiber service availability at a specific address. While I understand that not every inquiry may have the answer a customer is hoping for, the responses I received from Allyson Smith were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic professionalism. Despite asking clear and detailed questions about why the service was unavailable and whether there were plans for future expansion, Allyson's initial response simply stated, "We do not provide service at that address," without any explanation. When I followed up to request clarification and alternatives, her replies remained brief and avoided addressing my inquiries directly. As a representative of Bulloch Solutions, Allyson demonstrated a lack of effort to provide helpful information or to connect me with someone who could offer further insight. Good customer service requires clear communication, a willingness to assist, and the ability to guide customers toward solutions, none of which were evident in this interaction. I hope Bulloch Solutions will use this feedback to address customer service issues and provide additional training to ensure representatives, like Allyson, meet basic service expectations. Customers deserve respectful and thorough responses, even when the answer is not ideal. Clear communication and professionalism are critical to maintaining trust and satisfaction.

I have to tell everyone, I used to work with Bulloch Solutions on a regular basis when I worked in Statesboro, and always had a good experience. When I moved to our Pooler location, and Bulloch grew, just as we did, I lost track of them and didn't really deal with them much. Well today I did. I honestly think they have gotten better!! I needed some information in a specific format; not your every day request either, and they got it to me in a matter of hours! It was perfect, more than I could have hoped for. I am so glad we still use them company wide, and I wish I still got to deal with them on a regular basis. I would have given them 10 stars if google would let me! Thank you so much Kyle and Chris! We had an outage last week during the night and when the system came back up our network for computer, printer and TV's had the memory wiped out. I was able to get everything working except the printer. Nothing I tried worked and I was at the end of my rope. I called to beg for a technician to come out and help me. I got Kevin on the phone and what a lucky day for me. He suggested we try to resolve the problem over the phone. He was wonderful, very patient and kind to me. He got the problem resolved, explained everything to me in case of future problem and I am back in business. I can't thank Kevin enough (sorry I didn't get your last name.) I am new to the area since February. I have had about 4 interactions with Bulloch Solutions. All were very positive. Of everyone I have dealt with here this company, by far has the kindest and best Customer Service. I hope it doesn't change.

Thank goodness for Bulloch Solutions! This company handles my business internet, and I have rarely experienced such great service. I feel like they value my business and really make an effort to quickly fix any issues that arise. I have dealt with many phone/internet companies over the years and Bulloch Solutions has the best service AND customer service by far. Thank yall for all you do!!

I am an admin team member for East Georgia Regional Medical Centers, employed physician practices. I've had the pleasure of working on special telecommunication projects with Bulloch Solutions. They have been phenomenal to work with. Their assistance is unmatched and always supportive. I would like to highlight three of Bulloch Solutions professional team members Todd Von Waldner, Alex Morris and Josh Kyle. They assisted this week with a special urology project and were both proficient and efficient.
