Highly Recommend! Amazing company with excellent customer service

We had Internet service with another provider that had a dish in the yard. We couldn't use but 1 TV or device in our mobile home without causing buffering on every device! We changed to Bulloch telephone and within 2 days a technician ( Neal) came out with a fiber optic router and had us up and downloading content in about 45 minutes. The difference is unbelievable compared to the craptasic signal we got from our other provider at the same cost. Neal, the technician who did the install was extremely polite, informed and explained and helped us set up our name and password so we understood exactly how everything worked, and how to trouble shoot anything that might cause any disruptions in the future. I wish I would have gotten Neals last name, but his supervisor should know who he is by our work order. I can't say enough about his professionalism and communication skills in helping us two old technologically challenged individuals understand how the fiber optic router differed from the dish set up we struggled with for so long. Thank you Neal, your friendly disposition and professional service made our day.

Great service ever received from any service provider. We just open Ace Hardware and all people from Bulloch Solution support really well and make our service really smooth. I have no words about Chris how he helpful to us, He work out with my technical team and take care of all service before opening. Any questions it don't matter its under his department or not, he will find Solution for me. Definitely recommend them.

In 10 years of service, I have only had one service disruption that resulted from an upgrade. I contacted customer service, who referred my issue to their technician. The technician called me ASAP and the issue was immediately resolved. I can't say enough about the quality of bulloch telephone's products and services! On a 1-10 scale, I rate 10+++++! Very grateful for this company!

We had Bulloch Solutions for almost 2 years. It worked ok for the first little bit, and then gradually degraded to basically not working at all. I called to have them come take a look to figure out what the issue was. The technician determined that it was our equipment that was the issue. Even though our equipment would work off the mobile hotspot on our phones. There is apparently a service charge if the technician determines that it is the client's equipment, which I was not informed about until I received my bill. I called to question about it, and the individual I was referred to only wanted to argue with me instead of listening that it was in fact not our equipment, and was their service that was the issue. I would personally not have that individual working in any kind of customer service capacity at all. I canceled my service that day. We have a new internet provider, and all of our equipment is working perfectly. Needless to say that I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

We lost our Wi-Fi service on Sunday and called Bullock Telephone internet tech dept. Issue could not be resolved over the phone so they sent a technician out to see if the issue could be resolved and Wi-Fi restored. It turned out that the problem was not with the Bullock internet service but some kind of electrical problem with the outside electrical plugs. The technician was very professional, helpful and was able to identify what was causing the problem. An Electrician arrived the next morning and fixed the electrical problem and once corrected our Wi-Fi was immediately restored.

The prices are way too high for high-speed internet, but that's what you get in smaller areas not serviced by larger ISPs. That stated, there is very little downtime with their internet, which I greatly appreciate. The speeds advertised are what you get and the techs are always great about prompt service or service restoration. Overall, the best option in the 'Boro.
