I started a business in 2013 and after much research, went with Secure Website Services to handle my SEO, Google Adwords, and website development. I'm very happy with the results. Justin, one of the owners, is very responsive to update and change requests and really looks out for your business's profit margin. The fees for SEO can be incredibly high, I was once quoted $500 a month for 15 minutes a week by another company. Justin's rate is much lower while not sacrificing quality. I've seen my business consistently grow and plan to see double growth by next year. Terrible customer service. I was a loyal customer for 5 years. I would suggest looking for a different web site service now. I wish I had 5 years ago, I would have saved a lot of money and not all the stress I encountered here at SWS. Know the rest of the story and the reason for the bad review. It took over 3 months to get a response by phone, text & email. That's why I had to try and get my domain back in my control so I could take my business else where. SWS is trying to sweet talk now and make it look as if it was my fault because I did not understand. Really! I felt as if I was the one trying to please SWS, it should be the other way around, right? Don't put any money in the credit's here that your not willing to lose, my $$ credits disappeared when SWS knew I was heading to the door. Be careful with web site people, don't pay until they get the job done. You've been Warned here. I've been in business for 25 years and I don't like doing business with shady people that hide behind the computer screen to do their dirty work and take advantage of honest, hard working people.
