Poor customer service. Poor quality of service. Frequently have problems and it is difficult to get anyone to help. We are currently having issues since March 29th and have reached out 3 times. No one has responded. Our relationship with LH will be ending soon but I would not recommend this company

Horrible. Terminated our contract with them and they still continued to send messages to our patients. Horrible support that is not domestic. Service does not work as expected and they change things without notification. Just go with something else and avoid the headache.

Be Careful. I've been their customer since 2013. They have given me a promotional rate for me to pay them for two years upfront for two offices. After staying with them for two years the contract was renewed again with the same rate. Another year passed by and their patient communication system doesn't allow us to send photos or pdf. We decided to cancel their services and get a refund. They calculated the normal rate instead of what I have paid for the additional year and refunded only 10% of what I was supposed to get back. Used to have better customer support before Henry Schein took over. Called more than five times and there's no way to get in touch with the team or person who does make absurd decisions. Stay away.

I do not recommend this service to anyone. They charged us 3 times more for services for all our practices and make it incredibly difficult to cancel services. Long hold times 45 minutes on hold each time. They can't help you over the phone and you will never get a call back from a supervisor. We've had this service for 7 years and I am excited to cancel services to move to a company who cares.

When the service works as it is supposed to, it is good. However, the service is expensive, and they have frequent outages and other technical issues which render the service useless, sometimes for days at a time. They don't send out notifications to their customers regarding issues, and hold times to inquire about problems can be very very long. If you need to make any changes to your account, that also can be a challenge having to make the same request multiple times before the changes are made. Over all I don't think that the service is worth the cost.

This is the worst company for customer support. We reached out to them over 2 1/2 months ago because we were having issues with their system unable to communicate to our patient base , send confirmation texts and receive confirmation texts. We are still being charged for the services but our office staff has been doing all of the work. We are a very large practice and this has caused many missed appointments and and loss of production.

Website never works- patients always get reminder messages for things they don't need. Don't get me started on customer service. I call them and no one has answers to why patients are getting these reminders or why website doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

Lots of malfunctions, does not sync timely with Software. Impossible to call support. I spent 2 hrs on hold last week and still have not been able to speak with someone. I am in the process of changing to a different provider right now. This business has cost me thousands of dollars in employee time and loss of revenue due to not being able to contact patients timely.
