Chad and Chase at TruVista were excellent to work with when I had an issue with my WIFI at my house. Chad helped me get someone to come out the same day and was super nice and respectful. Chase came and immediately found the problem and helped me. I am thankful they were quick to respond and helped me get back on internet quickly with a smile!

We moved to the "country" recently, and both of us work remotely. We never dreamed we would be able to get FIBER internet in the country, but here we are, living our best lives with super-fast internet, working remotely. So yeah, the actual thing we "bought" is unexpected. But for real, what stands out even more has been the service and kindness of everyone we have dealt with. We moved in the Monday after Thanksgiving, with an appointment to have internet that same day. The movers were all done, and we hadn't seen nor heard from anyone. So I called to see if they were still coming or if I had messed up the date. Within 30 minutes, here comes the installer - he had just been so busy with other installs that he finally made it to our place. He stuck around until we for sure had internet going, long after "normal" work hours.

Chad was straight forward, honest and helped me set up my elderly parents with internet, phone and tv services. We hit a few complications but Chad was patient and went above and beyond to help me. I am an existing customer and now my parents are customers of TruVista. Looking forward to streaming as opposed to the satellite service we have had for years and also looking forward to having just one bill for all three services.

Installation went fairly smoothly with a few days delay for the installation crew to run a buried fiber line to my house. After that the inside installation took only an hour or so, mostly in drilling through the wall. In my area at least, it's fiber all the way to inside the home. I'm impressed with the speed & reliability so far (after one week). I paid for the symmetric 100 Mbit plan, and I'm currently getting more like 700 down & 107 up. And no complete outages at all. This is a big improvement over my previous 5G wireless gateway that worked pretty well when it worked, but dropped out altogether multiple times per day. And the fiber latency is much better, averaging 10 ms instead of 40+ with the 5G wireless. If only the landline phone service requirement were not there (maybe just in my area?), TruVista (currently $65/month) might be cheaper than the 5G ($50/month) too. All in all, I'm very pleased so far. I wish I had switched months ago.

When will Fiber finally be at omega I've had DSL for years now and I can't go beyond 10mbps. We have 5 people in our house and all of them use the internet we really need fiber so please get fiber down here!

No one told me I had "old equipment" until I called to complain about our wifi connection randomly start to worsen. I scheduled the installation, which was supposed to happen today, but then they didnt show up and when I called, I was told it would be in the next 2 weeks. So I've been without useable wifi for two weeks, and when I wait these two weeks, I would have paid for a whole months worth of wifi, that I was not able to use. This is the worst.

Horrible at scheduling, but great at taking your money for services they haven't provided. Not sure what happened to "Monday at noon" or "you won't be charged until it's done". *Shows up at the wrong time. *Overpriced already. *Charges for services that weren't done.
