Succeed Cowork

For over a year, I've known that Succeed Cowork is a multi-functional workspace; however, after hosting an event there this past weekend, I realized it is a hidden gem. I booked the space for a girls basketball team and accidentally booked the wrong date initially. No worries... the manager allowed me to correct my mistake without issue. On the day of the the event, I was greeted by the two warm smiles of the manager and owner. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided clear instructions on what to do when we finished. Every attendee was amazed by the elegance of Succeed Cowork.

Succeed Cowork was the perfect location and atmosphere for my prayer breakfast. The owner blessed me with a free rental for my event and my guests fell in love with the space and the event. Thank you so much for allowing us to use Succeed Co! The accomodations were just what we needed and the decor and space were right on point I will continue to spread the word about this great hidden gem in our little city! Chetaun Smith

Succeed officially gets the highest praise from me! As a young, new upcoming entrepreneur, I had little information about how to start my business. However, Mrs. Fenika gave me tons of information that I had totally overlooked. Her staff was very friendly with great customer service. I also loved how vibrant her business space felt. It makes you feel empowered to become a girl boss and to get things done! Succeed is highly recommended on my end!!!

I called earlier in the week asking if it would be okay if I reserved a spot for Friday morning to come in and take some photos for my writing business as it has just the aesthetic I was looking for. I let whoever answered the phone know that it would be myself and a photographer and was told this wouldn't be an issue. I went online and paid the $20 for the 7-hour access for the upcoming Friday. I arrived today and was pretty rudely met with confusion from a business that was holding a training session there. I was under the impression that this spot didn't open until 10 am anyways, so I wanted to get in early (walked in at 10am on the dot), take enough photos, and get out as to not disrupt anything too much. I apologized for disrupting (even though I have nothing to be sorry for) and explained that I called earlier in the week asking if it was ok that I come in today for a few photos for my business. A woman said to me "well that's funny because we have this reserved all day for us." ....okay. How am I supposed to know that? A woman entered immediately behind me and asked if she could help me. I explained the situation and she also seemed confused, so it is likely not whoever I talked to earlier in the week. I was told that I could stay and have my photos taken if I "was quiet", and it led to an extremely uncomfortable photo session overall. In the end, I paid for a day-pass so that I could take the photos I needed without feeling rushed or intrusive, and I got the opposite. I left after just 23 minutes because the same woman who let me know they had the space reserved told us that they wouldn't continue with training until we left. This space being double-booked was not my fault. I HATE leaving bad reviews, especially for local businesses, but had I known that another large group would be here and I'd be confined to one spot appropriate for photos, I would not have booked my session this day. I hope that the owners can better coordinate bookings in the future to prevent overlaps. With the way the lady from the other company spoke to us, she made it seem like it should not have been possible for anyone else to be there at the same time as her group. My photographer profusely apologized for "interrupting", but at the end of the day, neither of us have anything to be sorry for. Unfortunately, this situation created an extremely uncomfortable environment. I am giving 3 stars because the concept is great, the design is lovely, but this experience was just not it.

If you are looking for the perfect location to work, have a meeting or connect, this is the perfect place! Succeed is a beautiful co-working space with all of the must have amenities.The staff members are incredibly friendly and informative. It is truly a community based space geared towards helping you to succeed. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Great place for women to meet! This place has a clean, bright and creative atmosphere.
